TERMS OF SERVICE

Contact will be made through social media DM (@miyounicorn on most platforms or @mewnicorn on bluesky and toyhou.se), Discord (@miyou_), or email ([email protected]). I will only use these methods of contact.✦ Payment:
- Commissions are for personal and non-commercial use only.
- Works intended for profit or commercial purposes may have prices and terms of service different than those listed below. Discussion must be made before-hand regarding the scope of work requested.
- Payment is taken upfront and in full via PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or Ko-Fi in $USD (United States Dollar). Alternative payment methods may be arranged. Prices are somewhat negotiable within reason.
- The product is a digital art piece and will not be shipped or physically delivered. Personal information will not be shared.
- Do NOT send me payments. Please wait to receive an invoice or until we agree for the payment to be sent.
- You must be at least 16 or older to commission me. In the case of an NSFW commission, you must be at least 18 or older. If I am unsure of age, I may ask for proof of legal age.
- All prices listed, unless otherwise specified, are base prices. Additional charges may apply based on detail and complexity of the work being requested.
- NSFW works have an extra fee of 25% of the base price.✦ Completion time:
- You can check the queue and other updates via my Trello.
- Generally, each commission will be completed between 1-8 weeks from the date I begin work on it, depending on the complexity and current queue. Outside factors may influence the date of completion.
- You will receive updates over the course of the commission process during the end of certain stages (e.g., completed sketch, completed lineart, completed flats, completed render). When approved, I will continue with the commission. You may request changes or updates at any time, within reason.
- Please pay attention to my messages. Delays in responses will delay the commission's completion. If I am unable to get a response over the course of one whole week, I will cease work on your commission entirely and continue working on my queue until I hear back from you.
- You will be informed of any circumstances that may delay my progress on your commission.
- I am ALWAYS open to answer any questions regarding your commission.✦ Alterations:
- There is no alteration fee for the sketch.
- After lineart has been completed, minor alterations are acceptable; major alterations may carry an additional charge depending on their impact on the piece. Fees will be decided based on the time spent to apply the change.
- I reserve the right to refuse overly extensive revisions and complex alterations due to missing or misrepresented elements due to unclear information.✦ Cancellations:
- I, as the artist, reserve the rights to decline a commission for reasons I see fit before work is started. Declined commissions will not be charged.
- If you require a refund, please contact me before using any method of chargeback unless I am unreachable for an extended period of time. In the case of emergency or necessity, I do not have a problem refunding unfinished/undelivered works.
- Works that have not had an initial sketch approved may be entitled to a full (100%) refund. Works that have only had an initial sketch approved may be entitled to a partial (50%) refund.
- Works that have been approved past the initial sketch phase will not be entitled to a refund unless absolutely necessary.
- If I deem it personally necessary to cancel a commission in-progress due to my own circumstance, a full (100%) refund will be issued regardless of completion.✦ Reposting and Usage:
- I reserve the right to share the artwork on my social media platforms. If you would prefer the commission to remain private, please indicate that during the ordering process.
- The commissioned work can NOT be turned into NFT (crypto art) and cannot be traded as such.
- The commissioned work can NOT be used to feed AI of any sort.
- You are allowed to repost the commissioned work to personal galleries (DeviantArt, Fur Affinity, Tumblr, Twitter, etc.) with appropriate credit and a link to my social media.
- Work cannot be used for profit unless agreed otherwise.✦ REMEMBER: It’s a service, not a physical good and won't be delivered physically. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

      1. Claim my work as your own or as someone else's
      2. Use my work for profit or commercial use unless given explicit permission
      3. Sell designs I have created for more than they were bought for UNLESS additional artwork is included.
      4. Run my work through AI engines of any sort for any reason
      5. Use my work to spread bigotry or hatred of any sort⋆ I take payment in USD by means of PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Ko-Fi at this time. Alternative payment methods can be arranged. I take payment upfront and in full, unless a payment plan has been discussed and approved of beforehand. Prices are somewhat negotiable within reason.⋆ If you require a refund, please contact me before using any method of chargeback unless I am unreachable. I always try to turn the option on in CSP, but I forget sometimes, so it's best to let me know so I can be sure I record one!⋆ Commissions typically take between 3 days and 1 month to complete after work has begun.
